Join us to rally for an end to Israel鈥檚 war on the Palestinians and an end to Australian government support for Israel
Over the past ten days Israeli forces have rained down a barrage of air strikes on the Gaza Strip, killing at least 3000 people, most of them women and children. Whole families have been killed, food and water are in short supply and hospitals are overrun. The targeting of a hospital in Gaza City on Tuesday killed 500 patients and displaced people, one of many war crimes committed by the State of Israel.
There are growing fears among Palestinians in Gaza that Israel鈥檚 offensive could lead to a repeat of the Nakba, the mass Palestinian displacement of 1948, if thousands flee the besieged enclave and cross into Egypt. These fears have been compounded by Israel鈥檚 demand that more than one million Palestinians to evacuate Gaza City, and a proposal for the US that Egypt open a 鈥渉uman corridor鈥 at the Rafah crossing that would leave refugees stranded in the Sinai desert.
Israel is waging a campaign of genocide supported by the US, the EU and the Australian government.
