Between April 1 and June 30, 1993:
253 people were newly diagnosed with HIV
of whom
42 were newly infected with HIV.
Of people diagnosed with HIV in the year to June 30, 1993:
82% reported unprotected male-male sex
14% reported unprotected male-female sex
3% reported injecting drugs
8% were women.
