Join City of Sydney for Palestine, Families for Palestine, Inner West for Palestine, and other anti-war groups for an important “Meet the Candidates” rally outside Sydney Town Hall. This is your chance to hear directly from candidates about how they’ll campaign for peace and justice, and against war and genocide in the upcoming federal election.
We’re focusing on urgent issues this election—Palestine, Climate, and AUKUS—and inviting candidates from the Sydney electorate and inner-ring seats: Grayndler, Kingsford Smith, and Wentworth.
Hear from candidates Ethan Floyd and Rachel Evans, along with other candidates and speakers to be confirmed. All Sydney candidates have been invited to attend.
Following their speeches, we will take a photo of anti-war flags on the iconic steps of Sydney Town Hall, followed by a Q&A where candidates will answer questions from attendees.
