More than 50 people remembered the life of Waka Waka man Patrick Fisher on February 6, whose life was cut short on February 7, 2018.

Fisher died aged just 31 after falling from the 13th storey of the Joseph Banks tower block in Waterloo. Four .

Fisher鈥檚 mother Candice hugged those who came and reminded others as they walked by of the injustice.聽She spoke lovingly of Patrick, as did four other relatives, one of whom spoke about how Patrick had taught her the finer聽arts of rugby league.

The coronial inquest into Fisher鈥檚 death, which took place almost two years after he fell to his death, found that the 鈥減olice were aware of the possibility that Fisher might attempt to climb over the balcony, as records showed he avoided or attempted to avoid police on聽44 other occasions鈥.

Fisher was a father of three.
