CANBERRA — On May 5, Liquor Hospitality and Miscellaneous Union members protested outside the swish Holy Grail restaurant. The restaurant's owner owes $10,000 in unpaid wages to Dario DeGuzman, a Filipino guestworker.

"Community pressure is needed to help Dario get his wages back and to show that fair-minded Australians will not stand for the exploitation of overseas workers under the Howard government's temporary migration program", ACTU president Sharan Burrow told the protesters.
