Why

We demand that the Fair Work Act be amended to prohibit unpaid work in vocational placements, something that is already prohibited in any other area of work

We demand that the government pay all students undertaking vocational placements at least minimum wage.

We demand that field education requirements be amended to reflect what is actually needed for a student to achieve competency in their field, in alignment with thorough, qualitative research.

We demand that previous field experience, including overseas experience, be counted towards placement hours.
