Indigenous people from around Australia will gather in Melbourne during the "Stolenwealth Games" on March 15-26.
Organised by the Black GST, the Indigenous gathering will discuss ways to bring international media attention to the following demands on the Australian government:
- stop the genocide of Indigenous peoples;
- achieve recognition of Indigenous peoples as having sovereign rights over the land; and
- work towards the development of treaties so that Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples can co-exist on the land.
The gathering will be centred on "Camp Sovereignty", to be convened from March 12 to 26 in the Kings Domain Gardens. Campers will meet at the Myer Music Bowl main gate to set up at 11am on March 12.
On March 15, starting at 10.30am at Carlton Gardens on Carlton Street, a "Walk for Justice" will be held.

Supporters are asked to email their mobile phone and/or land-line numbers to Support is also being sought in the form of creative ideas to get the Black GST messages across, muscle and logistical minds to set up the camp, and accommodation.
