In a wide-ranging question and answer session with 91自拍论坛 Weekly co-editor Simon Butler, Assange recounted her political education that brought her to a realisation that the Australian government was a close collaborator with the 鈥淯S terror state鈥.
The sold-out crowd was welcomed with a moving acknowledgement of country by veteran Aboriginal activist and socialist Ray Jackson accompanied by spine-tingling performance on the didgeridoo by Uncle Henry. After enjoying a Latin American feast, there was dancing to the Cuban-style band 'Mango Quartet' 聽comprising Justo Diaz, Isaac Zorzano, Miquel Guzman and Hugo Leal.
Thanks to the wonderful army of volunteers who did the hall set up, cooking, serving and the cleanup that went into the early hours of the next morning!
