Theirs is a struggle more selfless, heroic and enduring than any historical adventure non-Indigenous Australians are required incessantly to celebrate. In its latest federal budget, the Tony Abbott Liberal-National government announced the setting up of a $5 billion 鈥渃oncessional loan facility鈥 called the Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility. The proposal has been condemned by environmental and Aboriginal rights groups.
